1. Products

We offer for sale the Quencher H2.0 FlowState™ Tumbler | 1.2L , available in several colors to suit all tastes. Each product is accurately described to reflect its characteristics. However, minor variations may occur due to differences in screen displays or manufacturing updates.

2. Orders

Orders placed on our site are considered final after validation of payment. An email confirmation detailing your purchase will be sent to you. In the event of an error in the information provided, please contact us promptly to make the necessary corrections.

3. Price and Payment

All prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). We accept various secure payment methods to guarantee the reliability of your transactions. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. In the event of refusal of payment by the bank, the order will be automatically cancelled.

4. Delivery

We deliver our products worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are estimated as follows:

France and Europe : 4 to 7 working days
International : 5 to 10 working days

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after validation. Delivery is free, whether to a relay point or to your home. A tracking number is provided to track the progress of your package in real time.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify the reason. The products must be returned in their original condition and unused. The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or in the event of an error on our part.
